Failed Acres: Acres failed by the final FSA certification date receive a refund of 50 percent, to be given in early 2011, provided that the fields remain free of hostable cotton after the fail date, that the grower has provided full vehicular access to all fields during the growing season, and that the grower’s account is current.

Status: Active eradication. Last referendum passed by 91 percent in November 2008.
